HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ?

Enter your order number , phone number and email address in the mail .You will get a confirmation email once the return/exchange request is approved , post that order will be picked from the delivered address within 48 hrs .
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
We accept returns or exchanges that are ordered on www.dressmyangel.com within 7 calendar days following the delivery date in their original packaging and with a copy of the invoice.
Should you wish to return or exchange the purchased product, the items must be in their original condition and complete (packaging, labels, tags, seal etc.) so that they are fit for resale as new products, accompanied by the sales invoice. Damaged, soiled or incomplete products will not be accepted.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ?
The Buyer can cancel any order only before dispatch of goods by the Seller. The Buyer may cancel any order any time before dispatch of the Product by the Seller, by sending his /her request in this regard to the Customer Care service number 8800216898 or on their e-mail email@example.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Any payment made by the Buyer for such an order shall be refunded to the Buyer within 10 working days after the cancellation of the order is confirmed/accepted by the Seller.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The order amount will be refunded to the buyer within 15 working days post approval of return or cancellation.
