WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED?
As a company policy we don’t provide return, however our team will try their best to help you for any size exchanges subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available we will provide you the store credit.
Please double check all product details and sizing details. We would be happy to help you out with any queries regarding making your purchase.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE?
Please mail us within 2 days of receiving the product along with the new size requirement at info@dressmyangel.com or WhatsApp us on +918800216898. Post 2 days we will not be entitled to give you any exchange or credit.
All returned items MUST be in the original packaging, not be altered, damaged or wrong/replaced item. You must include a return label in the package, and provide us with the shipping tracking number.
Once a request is approved you can initiate to send it back to us. Please send the product to our Wearhouse.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
The Buyer can cancel any order only within 24 hrs by sending his /her request in this regard to the Customer Care service number 8800216898 or e-mail info@dressmyangel.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Any payment made by the Buyer for such an order shall be refunded to the Buyer within 10 working days after the cancellation of the order is confirmed/accepted by the Seller.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY STORE CREDIT?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The order amount will be refunded as Store Credit with validity of 30 days from the date of receipt of store credit.
Store credit will be equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost.
Shipping Policy
We offer free delivery all over India . After you place an order, we will schedule the delivery of product ordered only after phone confirmation with the customer. We will call you within 24 hrs of receiving the order to confirm your address details and inform you on the delivery time. We will deliver the product within 10 working days all over India and within 20 days worldwide.
Orders must be placed before 2pm Mon-Sat. Orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the following working day.
A delivery service partner will deliver the product with the invoice as per the scheduled time.
